The caloric intake from treats should not exceed 10% of a dog’s total daily caloric requirement. If treats are given, the amount of food should be reduced accordingly. Monitor your dog to ensure treat is adequately chewed prior to swallowing. Provide adequate fresh water in a clean container daily. For your pet’s health, see your veterinarian regularly.
My dogs are picky when it comes to treats but they love these. I have 3 dogs all different sizes and these treats are great for them because of the different sizes in treats. My only complaint is that they don't come in a resealable bag. Since they are in a box they get hard a few days after opening.
I bought these one time with a coupon since the dogs needed treats. We never looked back. Our dogs love these treats so much, they go straight to their crates when we have them! If we walk out without a treat its like their crates don't even exist. Both dogs are on their best behavior when we have them in our hands.
These things along with that fact that our girlie has a very sensitive stomach, and she can have these treats and they don't upset her digestive system. Other treats we have tried would make her sick. We do however, cut them in two to make them last longer and to make sure we aren't giving her too much of a good thing.
We have found that the bag doesn't seal but we just put them in a Tupperware container after we have opened the bag. That way they are always fresh and easily accessible.
